Production and Freight

In Stock Items

All items found on the In Stock section of this Website are available for immediate dispatch.

For In Stock Accessories, we use Post Haste or New Zealand Post to deliver nationwide, depending on your address.

Delivery for these items takes between 1-3 days for regular addresses, longer for rural delivery.

For full sized dolls, or torsos, we use Kiwi Oversize Express (a Post Haste sister company) to deliver.

Zelex SLE Dolls and Torsos

Zelex SLE dolls have a similar lead time to TPE sex dolls. They take roughly seven (7) to fourteen (14) days to manufacture, and another fourteen (14) days to arrive.

Bespoke/Made to Order Dolls

The bespoke life sized dolls are made to order, and have differing production times, depending on the brand:

  • For WM Dolls and SE Doll, expect production to take seven to fourteen working days from the time you place your order, to completion of your doll. 
  • For Zelex Inspiration Series Dolls and Top-CYDolls, production generally takes four to six weeks. There is a lot more detailed work for silicone dolls, especially with implanted eyebrows, hair and realistic body painting.
  • When your doll is ready, you will be sent Factory Photographs of your actual doll. These are very basic images, taken by the factory staff, or sometimes the sales rep, to show that your doll has all your correct customisations as ordered.
  • Below are some examples of Factory Photographs from WM Dolls, showing the front, back and fingernail and toenail details. 
  • Once you have checked over the Factory Photographs, you then reply by E-Mail to confirm that your order is correct, your doll is then packed and starts her trip to New Zealand.
  • After she arrives in the country, we complete the clearance and arrange final delivery to you.
  • This normally takes a couple of days to a week. There are some rare cases where dolls have been delayed, but this is not the norm.
  • Your doll then makes her way from the carrier to you – or us, if you are picking up from us.

The entire process from ordering to delivery takes from four to seven weeks.

Please note that once you have placed your order and approved the Factory Photographs, we take care of everything. 

This includes every aspect of the process, from liaising with the freight companies and completing clearance, to making sure the final delivery driver knows how to get hold of you for delivery.

All you need to do is relax and wait for your new doll, while we manage the entire thing. 

Any purchase from us works the same way as any purchase from a local retailer, when they mark goods as “in stock with supplier”.

Many people buying made to order dolls think of it as them importing something, but it’s us that carries the responsibility, as your purchase is from us.
