Once you’ve confirmed by E-Mail that everything is in order and you’re happy for us to ship your doll, she goes into the shipping queue.

6 - Delivery

Shortly after this, we notify you that your doll is currently with the courier to be delivered soon, or if you are collecting from us, advise you of our address for collection.
