3. Order Placed
When you place your order, we always confirm by E-Mail and double check if anything is unclear. At this stage, you can also ask questions and amend your order’s details before we send it to Funwest.
Remember: Your order is read thoroughly by us when received, not an employee overseas, or a bot.
We make sure that everything looks correct before submitting it to Funwest.
4. Production Queue
As soon as payment is processed, we send your order directly to Funwest and they place your doll into their production queue.
5. Factory Photographs Approval
After approximately three to four weeks, fabrication of your new Funwest love doll is complete, and they send us a set of Factory Photographs, which we then E-Mail to you, to make sure that all the customisations are correct.
Once you’ve confirmed by E-Mail that everything is in order and you’re happy for us to ship your doll, she goes into the shipping queue.
At this stage, you can relax and wait. We take care of everything from here!
6. Delivery
Approximately one to two weeks after this, we notify you that your doll will be delivered soon, and give an estimate of day and time.
We also liaise with both the freight company and final delivery company to ensure that we have the most accurate timeframe that she will arrive, should you require this.
For those who elect to use Click and Collect, we send you our Pick Up Address at the time of ordering. Once your doll is available to collect, we arrange a time for this to take place, and you may then collect from us at the appointed time and day.
